Playtest 4!


Hello again!

In the last post I briefly talked about the next milestone being Playtest 4, so the time has come.

Playtest will start on May 31st till June 11th. But what has changed?

ADDED

  • Implemented a small notification dot to Lobby Chat to indicate new messages.
  • Added Hitmark trigger when someone takes damage from your molotov/grenade.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed the issue where Lobby Chat was displaying numbers as user nicknames.
  • Resolved the problem that prevented users from sending messages in Room Chat.
  • Corrected sniper accuracy while in air and scoping.
  • Fixed a game-breaking bug related to Free-for-All (FFA) and Gun Game.
  • Fixed a critical bug related to Team Switching, which caused the game to crash.
  • Fixed the issue where Room Chat was not showing up when a new message was received.
  • Resolved a problem with Notifications in FFA and Gun Game.
  • Addressed various other bugs and stability issues.

IMPROVEMENTS

  • Made enhancements to all Game Mode codebases to perform better.
  • Improved networking for smoother and more reliable online gameplay experience.
  • Improved overall performance of the game for better responsiveness and smoother gameplay.

REMOVED

  • Removed BOMB Game Mode temporarily to allow for a complete overhaul.

WEAPON UPDATES

  • Finalized AK-47 and UMP-45 animations.
